WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based in Escondido California and serve most of San Diego County. However, we are open to traveling outside of this area with a travel fee.

WHAT IS THE SET-UP/CLEAN-UP PROCEDURE?

For grazing tables we typically require 1-2 hours of set up time at the location/venue depending on the amount of people being served and a half hour to clean up.
With Flat Lay tables; since we do not need our rentals back and everything is included in the table it is disposable, clean up is a breeze. You just roll up the kraft paper and throw away!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We travel in San Diego California. We do charge a travel fee which is $1.50/mile to the location and back unless it is 20 miles or less from our shop. There is no charge for travel if 20 miles or less of travel in the San Diego area.


When inquiring about travel please provide an exact address to the location/venue so we can calculate the travel fee and include it in the quote!

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?

Sorry, but we do not.The client is responsible for providing an adequate space for us to create a spread upon. We have also created "tables" on counters, islands and other spaces within homes. If you need any table rental recommendations we are happy to help with that.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. We are fully licensed and insured.

WHAT IS A FLAT LAY GRAZE TABLE?

Flat lay has no height or table scape accessories. It comes with greenery and light flowers and is completely disposable and easy clean up. Serving utensils and tongs are also included.


Our usual fare for our flat lay grazing tables come with gourmet cheese, dried Italian salami and prosciutto, nuts, olives, pickles, assortment of breads, crackers, dip, jam, honey, seasonal fruit and berries and/or vegetables and dried fruit. Items depend on preference and availability.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?

Booking Process: An email or quote form must be sent in with the following information: Type of event, date and time of event, location, how many people, appetizers or main meal for flat lay style. When received, we will send over a quote for your approval. Once the details are worked out, we will draw up a contract that will need to be signed by GGC and the client, along with a 50% deposit. If the contract and the deposit are both not returned two weeks prior to the date of the event, you will not be considered booked. We cannot guarantee a date and time without both of these in our possession.

DO YOU CATER EVENTS BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR?

Yes. However, we do ask that during the summer months you host your event indoors to prevent premature spoiling of meat and cheese.
